There are many reasons why you might like to move to work as a nurse or midwife in the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System:
We're a high-performing, forward-thinking and innovative system, working to bring the best out of all of our organisations and their staff. We attract national interest and investment because of the quality of our work.
We know that our staff are the foundation of our performance, so we're committed to supporting and developing them to be the best that they can be - we've launched some groundbreaking programmes as part of this.
There is a wide range of nursing careers you can choose from, from acute to community, research to midwifery.
In General Practice, for instance, you can be involved in everything from wound management to family planning and travel health. Primary care doesn't just mean a GP surgery, either. It can include community pharmacy, dentistry, optometry (eye) services, walk-in centres (for those areas that have them) and NHS111.
Aside from the job, it's also a great area to live in. Hart District is regularly rated among the best places to live in the country, and Bracknell has recently undergone a major regeneration programme.
The ICS covers world-famous Windsor, complete with castle, River Thames and the Great Park (including Legoland Windsor). It also includes the multicultural bustle of Slough, and further south, past Ascot Racecourse and Farnborough Airport - home of the world-famous air show - you arrive at Aldershot, the 'Home of the British Army', and then the Georgian splendour of Farnham.
It is within easy road and rail reach of London, as well as both Heathrow and Gatwick airports, and the Chiltern Hills, the New Forest, the South Downs and south coast are also within reach.
