ShapeUp4Life (Hampshire only): A free 12-week weight management programme for Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or above (or 28 or above for individuals with specified long-term conditions, or Black or minority ethnic groups). Available via referral by healthcare professional or by self-referral.

One You Surrey (Surrey only): Offers a range of programmes including 12-week weight management programme, digital weight loss programme Gloji, Slimming World or MAN v FAT. For patients with Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or above (or 27.5 or above for Black or minority ethnic groups). Available via HCP referral (referral form on DXS) or self-referral.

The Health Coach (Aldershot only): Behaviour change programme for people in Aldershot with pre-diabetes and a Body Mass Index (BMI) over 28.
Available through HCP referral.

MAN v FAT (Hampshire only): For men with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 27.5 or above who want to lose weight, improve fitness and play football with like-minded men.
Available through self-referral via the website.
