Across NHS Frimley GP practices work as Primary Care Networks, bringing together primary care, mental health, community nursing, paramedic practitioners and a range of other clinicians and practitioners, all working together to provide better all-round support for local people. NHS Frimley has 66 member practices, which form part of 16 primary care networks (PCNs). The PCNs are organised into the five Places shown below.

Registering with a GP surgery

Anyone can register with a GP surgery. You do not need proof of address or immigration status.
