World Wellbeing Week is a global initiative where people around the world will be saying "Let’s start the conversation" and take advantage of the many diverse discussions that can be had during this wellbeing week.

At Frimley Health and Care, we are proud to support the NHS’s vital Love Your Cervix campaign, which encourages young women across the South East to take charge of their health by attending their cervical screening appointments.

The coming days will see temperatures reaching highs of 30°c for several days in a row, with unbroken sunshine from dawn to dusk.

NHS Frimley is supporting Learning Disability Week, which this year is from 16 - 22 June.

Whether it’s a river, a lake, a paddling pool or even a bathtub, water can pose a serious risk to young children or to teenagers.

NHS Frimley Health and Care is encouraging women, and transgender or non-binary people with a cervix, aged 25 to 64 years to take up their screening invitation.

This week marks Loneliness Awareness Week, a national campaign designed to break down the stigma around loneliness and encourage open, supportive conversations. This year there is a focus on young people aged 16 to 24.

The trouble with men’s health is they don’t talk about it. Men are often reluctant to discuss physical and mental health concerns and will even avoid seeking medical help and advice because of stigma or potential embarrassment.

NHS Frimley is inviting carers, local businesses and other supporters to get involved in Carers Week 2025, running from 9th-15th June.
